Aisling (pronounced Ash-ling) is the Gaelic word for dream and vision. Based in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada, the Aisling Dancers are a fresh new group of premier-level Highland dancers who have come together with the dream and vision of modernizing their traditional craft through upbeat, exhilarating Highland and step dance choreographies. An Aisling audience is treated to a lively display of original dances that showcase the strength and elegance of Highland dance while captivating the crowd with a unique balance of traditional and modern style.
